By managing the timely preparation of complete and accurate estimates, Bob helps Forest Electric provide clients with high-quality commercial electrical systems and expert construction engineering services that meet their needs cost effectively. His responsibilities include managing a team of 11 estimators, conducting meetings of the company’s estimating review committee, and ensuring on-schedule delivery of estimates that offer complete, high-performance electrical and construction engineering contractor projects at a competitive price.

 

Electrical Service Industry Expertise

Bob has been with Forest Electric throughout his entire career. After joining the electrical and telecommunications services company in 1986 as a project estimator, he held positions as senior estimator and assistant vice president before taking his current post. During that time, he also supervised implementation of computer estimating programs, such as MC2, TRF and, most recently, Conest. A committed executive with a strong sense of integrity, his expertise extends beyond estimating to all aspects of the electrical service industry, including new construction, commercial and residential fitouts and all low voltage systems.

 

Bob holds an associate degree in electrical engineering technology from New York City Technical College and is a member of Local #3 of the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers (IBEW).

 

The Personal Side

Bob and his wife Yolanda have two boys, Nicholas and Anthony. In addition to his family, he enjoys playing basketball and racquetball, as well as coaching his sons’ baseball and basketball teams.
