Value Delivered

Tom makes sure clients get the thorough and timely estimates they need for sound project decision making and effective budget planning. As manager of the estimating department, he helps determine which projects to bid, schedules estimate development, reviews final estimates and bid prices and trains new estimators. He is also responsible for reviewing contracts, purchase orders and change orders. In addition, he monitors project cost reports and works with project managers to maintain rigorous cost management. Tom participates in senior management-level discussions of office operations and company goals. The result is estimating oversight that ensures clients get consistently high-performance projects that deliver both immediate and long-term value.
