Frank ensures that clients get the complete electrical systems and services they need to satisfy both their project and business goals. As the Forest Electric executive in charge of the estimating department, he both develops and reviews estimates to be sure they are accurate and that they completely satisfy the client's stated objectives. During electrical construction and telecommunications infrastructure projects, he also reviews purchases to be sure the company obtains the best available materials at an optimum price. And he maintains appropriate employee and equipment certifications. For his electrical technicians, estimators and project managers, this means keeping each individual's credentials up to manufacturers' current standards, enabling certified electrical systems and structured cabling installations that meet all testing criteria. In addition, he makes sure the company's testing equipment and other devices employ today's best technologies and are calibrated to current Telecommunications Industry Association (TIA) standards. Together, these activities enhance the company's ability to provide consistently high-quality client care from one end of the project value chain to the other.

 

Electrical Service & RCDD Expertise

Frank has been an active participant in the commercial electrical services industry since 1976, when he joined ARC Electrical as an estimator and project manager. He then moved to TF Jackson as a project manager before joining Forest Electric, where he has held a succession of increasingly responsible positions.

 

Frank studied electrical engineering at Westchester Community College and Lehman College of the City University of New York. He has also taken BICSI training and is a registered communications distribution designer (RCDD).

 

The Personal Side

Frank and his wife have two children, a boy and a girl. When not spending time with his family, he enjoys yard work and fishing.
