David helps project managers and others obtain the materials they need to deliver consistently high-quality client projects on time and on budget. In addition to identifying sources for high-quality materials and services at cost-effective prices, he submits, purchases, and releases all of the items required for efficient project completion. Furthermore, his status as a LEED Green Associate enables him to keep the company up to date on the industry's latest energy and environmental advances.

 

His goal is always to help the company maintain the capabilities and resources needed to adapt to a changing marketplace, so it can provide clients with optimum facilities and maximum value.

 

Expertise

David has more than 27 years of construction industry experience, primarily in electrical contracting. As a result, he has the expertise necessary to meet the material requirements of projects ranging from extremely small contract work, such as replacing an obsolete fixture with a more energy-efficient one, to large out-of-the-ground projects, such as the World Trade Center 911 Museum Pavilion.

 

David earned his bachelor's degree from Baruch College of the City University of New York and is a notary public in Queens County, NY.

 

The Personal Side

David enjoys daytrips along the eastern seaboard with his wife. When not traveling, David enjoys surf casting, cycling and reading.
